Amy's Tamale Verde Black Bean
The rice is OK. Not really a talking point. But the Tamale itself is really good. The Verde sauce is really good, I practically licked the plate. The corn was also soft and yummy. The best part though was the filling. I honestly forgot until halfway through that there wasn't any meat in it.
I have no Warm Delight, which is probably a good thing. Instead I'm having a Cadberry Creme Egg. Yum! I love these things! I'm so glad Easter is still a month away so I have a month still to enjoy them!
