I am personally not a fan of either, but they are done all the time. We aren't having them because we are some of the only non-married people left! HA!
ReplyDeleteI was one of the first of my group of friends to get married, which is probably a lot of the reason I though it would be fun to do.
DeleteThe only time I caught the bouquet was when I was 9. It was pretty exciting, though!
ReplyDeleteWe didn't do it at our wedding. But at wedding, my date caught the garter, and I caught the bouquet! It was awkward because we had only been dating for a month. *lol*
ReplyDeletehaha how funny the couple caught both! We're doing a bouquet toss but not the garter toss. I love when kids catch them! It's so cute!
