MMRR in September

I feel like September went by extremely quickly. But in a way that's a good thing because we're officially in my birthday month! Although considering I'm about to enter the last year of my 20s, maybe I should stop getting so excited about birthdays...

Meals
I know, I know, back in July I said any meal featuring Panera would be here. And I did make it to one the morning after the the Backstreet concert. Except we were there for breakfast which isn't as good as their lunch, at least in my opinion. Plus they've started construction on a Panera down the street from my office, so I have a feeling there will be a lot of Panera in my near future. Instead I'm going to list the best meal of the month as our anniversary meal at Flemmings.
Steak & Potatoes
Moments
I'm guessing this is a little obvious considering my answer to the last question, but September was mine & the boy's first wedding anniversary.

Reviews
In September I reviewed 4 books and 2 movies.
Me on the Floor, Bleeding by Jenny Jagerfeld
The Book Thief by Markus Zusak
The Unfinished Work of Elizabeth D. by Nichole Bernier
Facing the Music by Nick Carter
The Grandmaster
The Family
Not a huge month review wise, although get ready for October when I have a ton of reviews scheduled. As for a favorite, don't hate me if I say Nick Carter's book.

Remembering
There's several posts from September 2009 I though about sharing, but instead I decided on these two posts from 2011 about wedding dress shopping. I hadn't made a final decision at that point since I was waiting to go shopping with my mom, which sadly never happened, but my ultimate choice is the last dress in the second post.

What are your meals, moments, reviews, and remembering from this past September?

  1. My favorite meal in September was probably the low country boil and ribs that Mandy and her brother made for me! My favorite moments were a collection of moments from my trips to Pittsburgh & Minneapolis, as well as getting to the huge waterfall at the end of my hike on Saturday. I did a (voluntary) book review post on Tiny Beautiful Things, and I am remembering how last September was when my work travel schedule really heated up and I was gone SO MUCH.
