Mailbox Monday (59)

Welcome to my last Mailbox Monday for 2013. I'm linking up at Rose City Reader to share the recent books I've added to my bookshelves.
Mailbox Monday
Gifted
Cooking from the Heart by John Besh
The Pioneer Woman Cooks A Year of Holidays by Ree Drummond
John Besh is my favorite celebrity chef, and who doesn't love The Pioneer Woman? I'm definitely excited to start diving into these cookbooks!

For Review from TLC Books Tours
Somewhere in France by Jennifer Robson
I've already read this book and absolutely adored it! I'm already looking forward to when I have the time to reread it. My review will be up in January, but get ready, because it's one I think everyone will love!

What books did you find in your mailbox, or under your tree, this week?

  2. Ooo, Somewhere in France looks great! I definitely need to check that out if you liked it so much since it's set in my favorite place. :)

I didn't get any books for Christmas, but I did download "Discovery of Witches" from the library after reading Amber's rave review of it last week!

    1. I think you'd really like it! Although, it isn't nearly as "France-y" as the title makes it seem. Instead the characters are English, but they've serving in France during the war. Either way though, I'd be curious to see what you think!

    2. A Discovery Of Witches was okay but the second book, Shadow Of Night, is even better!

    1. What's funny is I'm not actually a huge fan of the Somewhere in France cover. I don't think there's anything wrong with it, but it just isn't what I'd picture after reading it.
