Mailbox Monday (106)

It's the end of the weekend, which means it's time to share the books we've picked up recently with Mailbox Monday!
Mailbox Monday
From Paperback Swap
Thumped by Megan McCafferty
I remember back when Bumped first came out, I was obsessed with the idea of it. After all, it was about a dystopian society where only teenagers could get pregnant. Then I read it, and while it wasn't bad, it didn't live up to my high hopes. I always planned on continuing the series, but never got around to picking up the sequel. Till now, almost 4 years later. Hopefully with this one, I'm a bigger fan than last time.

What did you find in your mailbox this week?

  1. I have had about 5 books become available for me at the library this week so that's what's in my mailbox! I also received "The Interestings" as a gift from a friend for my birthday. The library book I picked up that I am most excited about is "The Girl on the Train." I started it yesterday and am about 100 pages in and it's SO good.

  6. I remember reading about the first book. Usually if the first book doesn't live up to my expectation, I don't continue the series but I hope the second one is better for you.
