Mailbox Monday (42)

One aspect I love about the goodreads giveaways is that it gives me a chance to pick up books I probably never would otherwise. Each day I try to go through every giveaway ending and enter if it looks like something I'd be remotely interested in. So far not only have I been successful with the number of books, but more importantly with the type of books. Today I'm linking up my wins with Mailbox Monday, which for the month of August is supposed to be hosted by The Reading Fever.

The Rathbones by Janice Clark
I hadn't heard of this one till I saw it on goodreads, but have the feeling it's going to get big. It seems to be a historical fiction with sailing and adventure, told over 100 years through one family.

Once is Never Enough by Mira Lyn Kelly
Yes, it's a Harlequin romance. No idea what it's actually about, but I have to imagine it will be awfully cute.

What did you find in your mailbox this week? And if you enter goodreads giveaways, or actually any giveaways, how in love with the product do you have to be to enter?

  1. Those are both new to me. Hope you enjoy them!

    1. Thank you! I'm awfully hopeful that's exactly what happens.

  2. Will be looking for your thoughts on THE RATHBONES. I requested an ARC. Perhaps it will come in the mail this week.

    ENJOY YOUR books.
