I'm pretty sure I'd be happy with any type of surprise. But I'd think it'd be fun to be thrown a surprise party someday.
While I do enjoy flowers (the photos above are from the last time the boy decided to randomly buy me flowers), I'd still probably prefer chocolate. It's just a little more delicious than flowers, at least in my opinion!
I love laying out in the sun with a good book. Even better if there's a pool or the ocean nearby.
We're actually planning on taking a trip to Destin, Florida later this summer. (The photo above was actually taken on our last trip there.)
5. Favorite Summer Holiday?
Unless I'm missing something, you're looking at Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day. I think normally I'd say the 4th, except this year our first anniversary is on Labor Day. So I'm pretty sure I'm obligated to say Labor Day here.
6. Dream Vacation?
My top 3 dream vacation locations would have to be Greece, Egypt, or Australia.
If you're stopping by from A Complete Waste of Makeup, please be sure to say hi in the comments! And if you haven't linked up with Sunday Social, what would some of your answers to these questions be?
Just saying hi from the Sunday Social!
ReplyDeleteI totally have to agree with the dream vacation to Greece an Australia!! 90s! Wow, we got up to 80 for the first time since September and it was amazing!
ReplyDeleteFlowers or Chocolate? I love fresh cut flowers! They always give me a slight thrill to receive them (or buy them).
ReplyDeleteFor the surprises question, I'd have to say that I don't really like surprises... I know that kind of makes me a fun hater, but I just don't like big surprises, like I would never want a surprise party! I'm weird like that. I think I would choose flowers over chocolate as long as they were the kind of flowers that lasted for awhile. But if macarons are an option, I'd choose macarons over both flowers and candy! My dream vacation would be a LONG trip to Europe, like 4+ weeks. I would like to return to Paris, and also see parts of Italy, Spain, and Croatia.
ReplyDeleteGreece is on my list of places to visit, too. I totally love chocolate covered strawberries. They are delish. Our anniversary is in the summer as well and I totally forgot until I read your post. Those things sneak up on you.

I would love to visit Greece one day as well!!
ReplyDeleteI know, right? I think it'd be awesome, the perfect mix of a history with a beach. Plus all the delicious Greek food.
DeleteHi from the link up! Oh i looove Destin, FL. When the hubby was stationed out there for school, we didn't get to fully enjoy destin, but I want to go back!
ReplyDeleteI'm definitely a fan of Destin. Which in a way is funny because until I moved to Louisiana I had never even heard of it. But I'd definitely recommend going back.
DeleteThanks for stopping by Real Momma!! LOVE your post and the white sand from your Florida picture is amazing, maybe I need to plan a trip there :)
ReplyDeleteIt is pretty amazing! And honestly until I went to Destin a few years ago had no idea beaches actually had sand like that one them. We definitely never had it in Southern California.
