Lunch at Newk's

Lunch at Panera

Lunch at Quodoba
While the point of this post may have been lunch with just the two of us, I couldn't resist sharing this video, still taken on a lunch date.
Today I'm co-hosting Belle Brita's LoveBlog, a daily link-up for the month of February. See below for more info on the link-up and to meet the other hosts.
Meet Brita Long: Christian feminist blissfully married to Dan Fleck for almost two years. Lover of Paris, pink sparkles, sensible shoes, manicures, and books. Fueled by hot tea and mimosas.

Meet Shoshanah: California girl who moved to Louisiana and fell in love (with her husband and the state!). Loves to read, especially historical fiction and YA. Obsessed with gingerbread lattes and creme brulee.

Today's prompt is Quality Time. Read the whole prompt list here! Mandatory rules are bolded. Others are optional. Use this link-up as a chance to meet new bloggers! Each daily link-up will be open for 72 hours.
- Follow the prompt. The prompts are open-ended, so you can go anywhere with them. But if your blog post doesn’t relate to the prompt, I will delete it from the blog link-up.
- Comment on the link before yours and at least one other link. Get to know your fellow bloggers!
- Follow your host (that’s me!) and the co-host on your preferred form of social media.
- Use the #LoveBlog button and/or link back to the blog link-up. The more bloggers who link-up, the better!
- Share your posts on social media using the hashtag #LoveBlog. I will retweet as many as I can! Plus I will try to like/comment on all the Instagram posts and choose my favorites once a week to share with my followers.

The collection has closed. Let other people know about it through twitter.
Such a fun lunch out!
ReplyDeleteOh how wonderful that you have that lunch time! I would love to be able to eat lunch with my hubby but it's just not possible. I'm so glad you've found a practical way to get in your quality time!
ReplyDeleteYou're so lucky to get lunch dates! When we still lived in Ohio, my husband's office was close enough to where we lived that he sometimes walked to work. He came home for lunch almost every day. Sometimes his brother and his sister-in-law came over for lunch too. It was so nice! Now he has a long commute. :( But at least we get dinner together every night.
ReplyDeleteI'm planning on meeting Dave for lunch once in awhile next year -- when I'm not working and both kids are in school. Yay!
